Performance of general services and finishing works We are seeking an electrician technician with experience in civil construction and plumbing. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Plan weekly work and report to supervisor * Inspect the operation of water and sewage sanitary connections. * Perform maintenance and repair of water and sewage facilities. * Record and report daily incidents related to the water and sewage system. * Perform general service tasks. * Finishing maintenance: Installation and organization of trays, PVC conduit routing, distribution boards. * Other duties assigned by the respective supervisor. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Prior experience in general maintenance or related fields. * Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in electrical work. * Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in plumbing work. * Proficiency in using manual and electric tools. * Availability to work night shift (7 p.m. to 5 a.m.) **BENEFITS** * Payroll enrollment from the first day under the general regime. * Mandatory Life Insurance. * SCTR Insurance. * Timely payments. * Meals covered by the company.
