Our people make the difference in our success. **Type of Contract:** Regular (Undefined) **What are we looking for?** Manage your current customer portfolio by seeking to increase client engagement and profitability through personalized commercial actions such as planned and structured visits. Grow your portfolio by acquiring potential customers, adhering to criteria defined by the bank. Maintain within your personalized portfolio clients, Legal Entities (SMEs), and Natural Persons with Business activities established within your area of influence. Manage assigned target segments within the area of influence of the Office to which you belong. Conduct personal and direct management with actual and potential customers in the area. Plan management activities, preparation and presentation of proposals, manage overdue accounts, as well as register and organize the database and customer files corresponding to your portfolio, keeping them updated with high-quality documentation/information. Plan, using available tools, your commercial activities in coordination with the Office Manager so that you can efficiently manage your assigned customer portfolio and acquire potential clients. Maintain constant coordination with the Manager regarding external management activities to be carried out. Proactively manage each customer (existing or potential) through planned and structured visits to identify their needs, anticipate proposals, and/or advise on alternative solutions. Implement commercial actions within your segments, whether centrally designed or initiated independently, within the area of influence assigned to your Office, aiming to increase the number of customers and generate new business through previously planned visits under the coverage scheme of the Kit del Entorno.
