FIELD COLLECTION ADVISOR * **Business Line:** Operations * **Unit:** Collections * **Level**: 4.1 * **Contract Type** : Fixed-term contract **Purpose** Contributes to the overall success of the Branch Network unit in Peru by ensuring that specific individual objectives, plans, and initiatives are carried out or met in support of the team's business strategies and goals. Ensures that all activities are conducted in compliance with current internal standards, policies, and procedures. **Responsibilities** * Plan daily visits and identify tools to maximize effective customer contact according to the parameters established in the field collections management model. * Manage and negotiate debt solutions with customers by implementing effective contact actions (visits, calls, among others). * Communicate and record on the same day the results and incidents occurring during field operations in the collections software for proper follow-up. * Actively participate in motivation meetings, training sessions, and practice workshops to strengthen personal customer management and negotiation skills. * Comply with current Consumer Protection regulations related to field collections management to reduce risks of potential sanctions from regulatory authorities. **Requirements**: * University or technical studies in Administration, Computer Science, or related fields * Minimum of 6 months of experience, preferably in delinquent portfolio management within financial or commercial institutions. * Basic knowledge of Office software * Must have personal mobility.
