Job Summary: We are seeking a Technician or Assistant for a Telecommunications company, with or without experience, to support installation tasks and work at heights. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunity for promotion based on performance A reputable Telecommunications company is currently recruiting personnel WITH or WITHOUT experience to work as a Technician or Assistant \- **WITH A-1 MECHANICAL DRIVER'S LICENSE**, for its branch in TACNA. **The following are mandatory for this position:** \- Possession of an A-1 driver's license \- Ability to operate a mechanical vehicle \- Availability of a garage (as a company vehicle will be assigned to you) **Benefits:** \- Salary: S/1,300.00 \+ (average commissions of S/1,000) \- Formal employment with all statutory benefits (vacation, CTS, insurance, Essalud) \- Provision of a company vehicle for commuting between your residence and workplace, and vice versa. *(You will save on transportation costs)* \- Opportunity for promotion based on performance. \- Additional welcome bonus of S/600.00 (for the first three months) \- Opportunity for promotion based on performance. **Working Hours:** 9:00 am to 6:00 pm (one day off per week) **Responsibilities:** \- Assist the installation technician in performing daily installations \- Provide support with ladders, tools, and safety equipment \- Perform installation tasks at heights / on poles (training and certification will be provided) \- Receive ongoing job-specific training to become a qualified technician. ***If you meet the profile or have the required license and willingness, do not hesitate to apply!!!*** Salary: S/.1,200.00 \- S/.1,300.00 per month Application Questions: * Do you hold an A-1 license?
