Position Summary: We are seeking an Electrical Distribution Operations Analyst to manage and supervise operations, maintenance, and improvement activities in electrical systems, ensuring regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Management and supervision of electrical distribution systems. 2. Development of operation and maintenance plans and reports. 3. Updating georeferenced information of electrical installations. **Electrical Distribution Operations Analyst \- Tacna** **REQUIREMENTS:** · Bachelor's degree or professional title in Electrical Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields. · Valid and active professional license. · Minimum 3 years of experience in similar positions. · Knowledge of the electricity sector regulations and OSINERGMIN’s inspection procedures. · Experience in management, operation, and maintenance of electrical distribution systems. · Experience in design and supervision of electromechanical projects. · Planning of electrical distribution systems. · Knowledge of Integrated Management Systems (IMS). · Proficiency in technical software: **MS Office**, **MS Project**, **S10**, **AutoCAD**, **DLTcad**, **ETAP**, or **Digsilent**. · Familiarity with geolocation equipment and associated software: **BaseCamp**, **MapSource**, **Global Mapper**. · Valid driver's license, Category **A\-I**. · Willingness to work on-site in **Tacna**. · **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 5:45 p.m. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** · Prepare the weekly operation and maintenance activity schedule for Illimo, aligned with the annual plan. · Develop the work plan for scheduled maintenance activities. · Supervise execution of Illimo’s operation and maintenance activities. · Prepare work reports and final reports, including settlement documentation for completed maintenance activities. · Participate in supervision of emergency response activities for electrical systems. · Conduct feasibility inspections and issue reports for new supply connections. · Plan and supervise implementation of normalization (deficiencies) and improvement activities for medium- and low-voltage installations within the Illimo Electrical System. · Update, monitor, and consolidate georeferenced data and inventory of electrical installations for the Tierras Nuevas and Illimo Electrical Systems. · Carry out specific activities not included in the maintenance program (e.g., FEN). · Participate in developing and/or updating departmental work procedures. · Participate in preparing the annual operations and maintenance budget. · Prepare and organize documentation related to OSINERGMIN Procedure 228 (Electrical Installation Safety) for the Illimo Electrical System. · Prepare supplementary reports for force majeure claims due to interruptions in the Illimo Electrical System. · Optimize allocation and use of resources assigned for maintenance activities. · Ensure compliance with occupational safety, health, and environmental regulations by department staff and contractors. · Ensure compliance with company policies, internal regulations, and internal labor rules. · Perform other duties assigned by immediate supervisor. **BENEFITS:** · Competitive market-based salary. · General Regime payroll. · Food card. · EPS coverage at 70%. · Transportation allowance.
