**REQUIREMENTS** * Professional degree in electrical engineering, electromechanical engineering, electronics, or related fields — mandatory. * Minimum of 3 years of experience. * Residence: Arequipa, Tacna, Moquegua, or Puno. * Work experience in mining operations. * Availability to work under a 14x7 schedule at Toquepala Mining Unit. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Monitor monthly valuations of activities by consolidating physical and financial progress. * Record, control, and analyze man-hours per activity and work front. * Develop and schedule the Roster. * Supervise the execution of planned tasks. * Ensure optimal utilization of equipment, tools, and necessary human resources for the service.
