Ensures quality and continuity of electrical service **ELECTRICAL DISTRIBUTION ANALYST** **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor's degree or graduate in Electromechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Mechanical-Electrical Engineering. * Knowledge of electrical regulations such as the Electric Concessions Law and Electrical Risk Safety **(Mandatory)**. * Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance. * Knowledge of electrical distribution. * Basic knowledge of SAP – Materials module. * Advanced Excel proficiency **(Mandatory)**. * Minimum 3 years of experience in electrical maintenance and distribution. * Class A1 driver's license with at least 3 years of validity. * Location: Tacna * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Formulate, coordinate, and manage the operation and maintenance of electrical transmission and distribution systems, ensuring service continuity, reliability, and quality. * Efficiently manage assigned human, material, and logistical resources, ensuring optimal utilization. * Supervise and evaluate compliance with preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance plans and programs, implementing continuous process improvements. * Comply with and enforce the Technical Standards for Quality of Electrical Services (NTCSE) and occupational safety and health provisions. * Prepare quantity take-offs, technical reports, and maintenance settlements, as well as the Technical-Economic Proposal (PTE), in coordination with the relevant department. * Maintain up-to-date georeferenced information of electrical systems on platforms such as Smallworld and AutoCAD. * Address customer technical complaints and requests, ensuring timely responses and solutions meeting quality standards. * Coordinate and administer branch maintenance plans, ensuring proper execution of activities and technical evaluation of electrical system components. * Supervise field and emergency work, including contractor activities, ensuring compliance with regulations, schedules, and safety standards. * Comply with internal company rules, regulations, and policies—including electrical safety, environmental protection, ethics, and social responsibility—and report any detected technical or measurement irregularities. **BENEFITS:** * Competitive market-based salary. * General Regime payroll. * Food card. * Life insurance per Law, effective from the first day of employment. * EPS coverage with minimal cost, according to selected plan. * Career development opportunities based on job performance. * Commuting assistance. * Opportunity to join a growing company operating in a sector critical to the global economy, whose business model positively impacts the lives of thousands of people.
