Inventory management and logistics coordination CMS DEL SUR, a leading regional distributor of fast-moving consumer goods, is seeking a committed and results-oriented professional to assume the Warehouse Supervisor position at its TACNA branch, who will be responsible for ensuring efficiency and control of warehouse operations. · Requirements: · Technical or university degree in Administration, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. · Minimum 1 year of experience in warehouse management (preferably in fast-moving consumer goods). · Basic Excel proficiency (intermediate level preferred). · Knowledge of inventory control and logistics processes. · Experience using ERP systems. · Leadership, organizational, and team supervision capabilities. · Strong attention to detail, proactivity, and ability to work under pressure. · Main Responsibilities: · Supervise and control daily warehouse operations. · Manage receiving, storage, and dispatch of merchandise. · Verify that received merchandise matches purchase orders and waybills, ensuring its good condition. · Coordinate merchandise pickup from transportation agencies. · Prepare waybills and dispatch documentation. · Organize the warehouse to ensure proper stock rotation and location. · Prepare orders according to those registered in the system. · Manage merchandise returns (defective, incomplete, or others). · Ensure timely dispatches in optimal condition. · Maintain order, cleanliness, and compliance with occupational safety and health regulations. · Competencies: · Leadership and teamwork · Organization and planning · Results orientation · Effective communication · Problem solving · Requirements: · Minimum education: Technical or university degree · Experience: 1 year in similar positions · Knowledge: Logistics, inventory, warehouse operations, and supervision · Benefits: · Remuneration S/1,800.00 · Direct payroll enrollment with all statutory benefits (Labor Regime 728) · Night shift allowance S/200.00 · Schedule: · Shift from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM · Work Location: Parque Industrial Mz E Lote 11-B, Tacna Tacna - Tacna · This recruitment process supports full and effective inclusion of persons with disabilities, thereby enabling their participation in the company’s various recruitment and selection processes.
