Keep the database updated with high-quality information regarding current and potential customers. Provide the first point of personalized customer service when their commercial activity takes place within the Office facilities. Plan, using available tools, and manage commercial activities in coordination with the Office Manager to achieve product/service/migration goals. Conduct telephone management with customers, as well as some actions targeting non-customers. Take advantage of every opportunity arising at the branch to market products and services, as well as to update and maintain customer data, consistently and prioritizing each interaction. Continuously perform cross-selling during customer interactions, not limiting to a single product or transaction, but continuing the sales process for complementary products whenever possible. Gain maximum knowledge of the customer and their needs, leveraging available tools. Provide comprehensive customer service, maintaining a consistent focus on service quality and promoting customer and transaction migration to alternative channels. Manage the resolution of incidents or complaints responsibly, focusing on service quality and response efficiency. Identify dissatisfied customers or those intending to terminate their relationship with the Bank, aiming to offer alternatives that ensure their retention, always considering value-added contributions.
