If you seek to contribute to an innovative institution with global standards and continuous growth, please review our current job openings. **We invite you to apply and join our community as a Tutor!** **What will your responsibilities be?** * Guide and accompany students throughout their academic development process, providing academic and organizational advising. * Guide students in making decisions to achieve their educational goals. * Motivate students and conduct ongoing follow-up to support academic continuity and retention. * Introduce students to the modality, methodology, and use of tools within the virtual learning environment. * Maintain constant communication with students, serving as a liaison with the Graduate School. * Provide support and address inquiries regarding the virtual classroom and academic procedures. * Foster interaction among students and faculty, promoting integration into the educational community. * Perform other related duties assigned by the department. **What are we looking for?** * University graduates holding a Bachelor’s degree and/or professional title * Training in virtual learning environments is desirable * Customer service training * Training in digital tools and/or information technology * One year of experience performing customer service functions * Residency in the city of Tacna * Availability Monday through Friday, from 09:00 to 14:00 and from 15:30 to 19:00 hrs. **What do we offer?** * Formal employment registration from day one * Six-month renewable contract * Scholarship of up to 80% for any educational program offered by the Proeduca Group * Full statutory benefits package (CTS, bonuses, family allowance) *We reaffirm our commitment to diversity, inclusion of persons with disabilities and individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds, and gender equity.
