Job Summary: We are seeking a Bartender to prepare classic and signature drinks, deliver personalized service, manage inventory, maintain an immaculate bar, and coordinate with the kitchen and dining area. Main responsibilities include: **Beverage Preparation** * Prepare classic and signature cocktails according to standardized recipes. * Serve spirits, wines, beers, and non-alcoholic beverages with technique and precision. * Innovate in developing new beverages to surprise customers. **Customer Service** * Deliver friendly, personalized, and prompt service. * Recommend beverages based on guest preferences and food pairings. * Create a memorable experience at the bar. **Inventory Management** * Monitor stock levels of liquors, supplies, and glassware. * Report low or missing items. * Minimize waste through efficient use of ingredients. **Presentation and Cleanliness** * Maintain a clean, organized, and aesthetically impeccable bar. * Ensure hygiene of utensils, glassware, and work area. * Comply with BPM (Good Handling Practices) standards. **Coordination with Kitchen and Dining Area** * Communicate with the kitchen team regarding service timing. * Coordinate with waitstaff and hosts for special orders. * Support events, tastings, or themed dinners.
