The main responsibilities are: **Beverage Preparation** * Prepare classic and signature cocktails according to standardized recipes. * Serve spirits, wines, beers, and non-alcoholic beverages with technique and precision. * Innovate in creating new beverages to delight guests. **Customer Service** * Deliver friendly, personalized, and prompt service. * Recommend beverages based on guest preferences and food pairings. * Create a memorable experience at the bar. **Inventory Management** * Monitor stock levels of liquors, supplies, and glassware. * Report low or out-of-stock items. * Minimize waste through efficient ingredient usage. **Presentation and Cleaning** * Maintain a clean, organized, and aesthetically impeccable bar. * Ensure hygiene of tools, glassware, and work areas. * Comply with BPM (Good Handling Practices) standards. **Coordination with Kitchen and Dining Room** * Communicate with the kitchen team regarding service timing. * Coordinate with waitstaff and hosts for special requests. * Support events, tastings, or themed dinners.
