




**Requirements:** Education: Minimum of a professional degree in engineering, specializing in Industrial, Transportation, Mechanical, Chemical, Petroleum, or related fields. Experience: Minimum of two (02) years in Freight Transport Operations, Hydrocarbons and/or Hazardous Materials. Training: All required training in transportation operations, inbound and/or outbound logistics, industrial safety, environmental protection, and sustainable development in the hydrocarbon sector. MATPEL Level II. Computer skills: Windows environment and MS Office. Class A1 driver's license, mandatory. **Obligations:** * Supervise and control scheduled fuel transportation operations efficiently and promptly, maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and environmental protection. * Verify compliance with current legal requirements, regulations, and established policies for service to ensure normal execution of activities and transportation operations. * Verify and ensure availability of vehicles and drivers to coordinate and execute scheduling needs for the service. * Prepare and report daily schedules to PETROPERÚ Supervision and coordinate activities with the QHSSE Professional and Maintenance Supervisor, as well as with drivers, to ensure proper execution. * Ensure operational and safety conditions of the tanker truck scheduled for loading, transport, and unloading operations. Ensure good condition and proper installation of safety components on tank hatches and connections that guarantee tightness, as well as safe functioning of equipment or tools involved in the operation. * Ensure safety conditions required for the service, personnel protective clothing, tools, equipment, and materials must be maintained during work execution; otherwise, suspend work until safety conditions are restored. * Supervise GPS tracking of units en route, analyze and evaluate their respective status. * Coordinate and verify preventive and corrective maintenance. * Control, monitor, and ensure proper performance of personnel, adherence to SSOMA standards, and prevent any indication of alcohol or drug consumption. * Comply with and enforce fuel loading procedures and inspections at PETROPERÚ Terminal, as well as fuel unloading and inspection procedures at the RECEPTOR PLANT. * Analyze and propose operational procedures to improve transportation service performance and related processes. * Execute Contingency Plans when necessary, according to the type of emergency arising during job functions. * Participate and represent the company in coordination meetings, inspections, or audits conducted by PETROPERÚ. * Monitor and/or participate in Induction Programs, Training Programs, and simulation drills and training sessions scheduled by THE CONTRACTOR. * Report operational performance, resolve issues that may arise during operations, prepare and submit required reports. * Perform exceptional tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor according to operational needs. * Remain exclusively within the work area on days when supply services are required, from before the start of the workday until its conclusion. * Supervise compliance with operational procedures applicable to the service. * Lead the accident investigation process. Verify and follow up to ensure that driver and vehicle documentation requested by PETROPERU remains valid throughout service execution. * Other responsibilities consistent with operations as requested by our client.
