Job Summary: We are seeking a Resident Construction Engineer to lead and comprehensively supervise the execution of a large-scale multifamily construction project. Key Highlights: 1. Lead daily execution and management of the construction project 2. Comprehensive coordination with contractors and technical departments 3. Risk identification and resolution in projects We are hiring a **Resident Construction Engineer** to lead a large-scale multifamily construction project in **Paracas and Talara**. This role entails full direction and supervision of the construction work. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead daily construction execution. * Ensure compliance with drawings, schedule, and budget. * Manage human resources, materials, and equipment. * Maintain technical files, logbooks, and reports. * Coordinate with contractors, quality assurance, and SSOMA. * Identify risks and propose solutions. **Requirements** * Licensed and registered Civil Engineer. * \+4 years of experience as Resident Engineer on building projects. * Mandatory experience in projects involving **\+60 units and \+15 floors**. * Experience in Urban Development and Techo Propio projects. * Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, BIM, Lean Construction, quantity surveying, and APU. * Willingness to work in Paracas / Talara. **Benefits** * Full payroll registration from Day 1 (General Regime) * Accommodation provided. * Working hours: Mon–Fri / Sat morning shift * Career development path within a growing company * SCTR Salary: S/.7,500\.00 \- S/.9,000\.00 per month Application Questions: * Are you available to travel, if assigned to Talara or Paracas? * Please state your salary expectations and mobile phone number. * Is your availability immediate? * Do you have experience in Techo Propio and/or MiVivienda Fund construction projects?
