




Position Summary: We are seeking a Technical Office Manager for a major multifamily project, responsible for technical review, planning, supervision, and cost management. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead the planning and structuring of project technical information 2. Supervise drawing and BIM model coordination 3. Manage budgets and coordinate with production and quality We are looking for a **Technical Office Manager** for a large-scale multifamily project in Paracas and Talara. **Responsibilities** * Review technical documentation and verify quantities. * Plan, analyze, and structure project technical information. * Lead performance reports and indicators. * Supervise drawing, design, and BIM model coordination. * Manage target budget, actual costs, and commitments. * Coordinate with production, quality, and SSOMA. * Prepare analyses of extras and deductions. * Supervise setting-out drawings and maintain updated versions. **Requirements** * Licensed and registered Civil Engineer. * \+3 years as **Technical Office Manager** in high-rise buildings (\+60 units). * Knowledge of budgeting and urban development approvals. * Proficiency in BIM, Last Planner, and Look Ahead. * In-depth knowledge of construction regulations and occupational safety and health (OSH). * Familiarity with the TechoPropio housing program and MiVivienda Fund. **Benefits** * Full payroll from Day 1 (General Regime). * Accommodation provided. * Working hours: Mon–Fri / Sat (half-day). * SCTR (Workers' Compensation Insurance).
