Contribución a la mejora continua y satisfacción del cliente. **Ubicación:** Cieneguilla **Modalidad:** Presencial **Objetivo del Puesto** Supervisar, coordinar y optimizar las actividades operativas relacionadas con la Gestión Integral y Recepción de Residuos de Construcción y Demolición (RCD), asegurando un servicio eficiente, seguro y conforme a la normativa vigente, contribuyendo a la mejora continua y a la satisfacción del cliente. **Funciones Principales** * Supervisar la ejecución diaria de los servicios operativos de gestión de RCD. * Coordinar con clientes, proveedores y áreas internas la correcta programación de los servicios. * Controlar el uso eficiente de recursos, costos y presupuestos operativos. * Gestionar y supervisar la documentación operativa (guías, tickets, valorizaciones). * Verificar el cumplimiento de la normativa ambiental, SST y del Sistema Integrado de Gestión (SIG). * Identificar riesgos operacionales y proponer acciones de mejora. * Supervisar la calidad del servicio y el cumplimiento de los estándares establecidos. * Participar en comités de SST y capacitaciones internas. * Elaborar y reportar información operativa solicitada por la Gerencia. * Velar por la satisfacción del cliente y la mejora continua del servicio. **Requisitos** **Formación** * Bachiller en Ingeniería Ambiental, Ingeniería Industrial, Ingeniería Civil, Administración o carreras afines. * Deseable capacitación en Gestión de Residuos, SST o SIG. **Experiencia** * Experiencia mínima de 2 años en supervisión operativa, logística o servicios. * Deseable experiencia en gestión de residuos sólidos o RCD. **Conocimientos** * Normativa ambiental vigente. * Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo. * Gestión de riesgos operacionales. * Manejo de documentación operativa y valorizaciones. * Office a nivel intermedio (especialmente Excel). **Competencias** * Capacidad de supervisión y organización. * Comunicación efectiva y trabajo en equipo. * Orientación a resultados y solución de problemas. * Enfoque en calidad del servicio y atención al cliente. * Compromiso con la seguridad y el medio ambiente.
