Dock Controller - Talara (Temporary Position)

Position Summary: We are seeking a Dock Controller with experience in port supervision and coordination to manage operations and vessel tracking. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in port supervision and coordination 2. Management of port operations and vessel tracking 3. Preparation of daily operations reports At ALM Services, we are currently looking for a Dock Controller to work temporarily in Talara for a period of 3 months. **Requirements:** * Technical diploma or degree in Engineering, Administration, or related fields. * Minimum of three (03\) years of verifiable experience in supervision, coordination, and/or control activities at terminals, docks, and/or port facilities, covering operational and administrative management topics. * Availability to work under a 14x7 work regime. **Responsibilities:** * Prepare and submit daily operations reports. * Monitor and control the docking of boats at the pier. * Request generation of departure codes for vessels. * Propose vessel schedules for both passengers and cargo. * Track vessel routes according to the assigned schedule. * Conduct tank soundings for diesel, potable water, treated water, and lubricants. * Record operations reports and passenger control data. **We Offer:** * Formal employment registration with all statutory benefits (General Regime). * Market-competitive remuneration, pleasant working environment, training opportunities, career development path, and mandatory life insurance effective from day one of employment.
