Job Summary:
The Fracturing Field Engineer maintains safe, efficient, and reliable operations, identifying opportunities for improvement and managing risks.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for maintaining safe and efficient operations.
2. Leadership in organizing and managing logistics of resources in the field and at base.
3. Developing customer contacts to promote products and services.
The WS Field Engineer \- WPS is responsible for maintaining safe, efficient, and reliable PSD to Customers. The WS Field Engineer \- WPS identifies opportunities to improve service delivery, implements standard work, and manages risk during service delivery.
* Ensure job deliverables are accurate and delivered on time.
* Execute service delivery to the customer.
* Participate in job risk analysis and continual improvement programs.
* Assist the Design/Technical Engineer with implementing technical programs and bids.
* Develop customer contacts to promote company products and services.
* Ensure company and regulatory standard compliance by implementing the Compliance Assessment Tool (CAT), self\-assessments, and wellsite inspections.
* Lead Service Quality Meetings with customers and improve performance using action plans.
* Participate in HSE and Quality initiatives.
* Wear PPE and observe HSE policies.
* Maintain the required safety training.
* Provide backup to the Job Delivery Lead and PSD Managers in their absence.
* Position: **Fracturing Field Engineer**
* Title: Petroleum, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering degree preferred; related engineering disciplines also acceptable.
* General experience in the Hydrocarbons sector as a Fracturing Engineer: **3\-5 years**
* Specific experience as a Fracturing Engineer performing:
+ Design, execution, and monitoring of hydraulic fractures in oil and gas wells.
+ Real\-time operational decision\-making in response to changing conditions.
+ Experience in designing and executing conventional and/or unconventional fracturing services.
+ Experience in fracturing, pumping, and stimulation interventions using drilling rigs, workover rigs, and/or rigless equipment.
+ Experience in QA\-QC of fracturing fluids.
+ Experience leading personnel under supervision, assigning and monitoring roles and responsibilities for personnel involved in fracturing operations.
+ Reviewing fracturing service designs, plans, executions, and incident investigation workshops with customers.
+ Experience using industry\-validated fracturing design software.
+ Leadership in organizing and managing logistics of resources in the field and at base.
+ Adherence to and compliance with Q\-HSE policies and standards.
+ Advanced knowledge of mathematics, calculus, physics, and chemistry applicable to the hydrocarbons industry.
+ Intermediate to advanced knowledge of mechanics, hydraulics, and electricity.
+ Advanced English proficiency (ability to conduct technical conversations).
+ Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and database applications.
+ Willingness to work in remote locations and on rotating shifts (oilfield work).
