We are currently looking for an Internal Control Assistant in Andahuaylas. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree or graduate in metallurgical engineering, industrial engineering, or economics. * Availability to work under a 20x10 schedule. * Minimum of 2 years of experience in the mineral and metallurgical processing industry. * Intermediate knowledge of Excel and SAP. * Knowledge of safety regulations. * Desirable to have completed courses in ISO standards or soft skills. * Organized, proactive, good communication skills, safety-oriented, and focused on risk prevention. **Responsibilities:** * Manage and control plant and customer operational documentation (shipping guides, REINFO, among others). * Support internal audit and control processes by preparing reports and ensuring compliance. * Monitor and manage customer collections. * Verify and ensure compliance with documentation required by mining regulations. * Organize and keep each customer's records up to date. * Ensure compliance with the organization's internal policies and procedures.
