




Position Summary: We are seeking a professional responsible for loan disbursement, monitoring, and recovery, ensuring portfolio quality and customer satisfaction. Key Highlights: 1. Key Responsibilities: • Meet monthly new loan disbursement targets according to your assigned level (Junior, Senior, or Master). • Strictly monitor monthly loan renewals as part of delivering excellent service to our customers. • Enforce credit policies in accordance with the methodology applied in the region where you provide services. • Recover loans while maintaining portfolio quality with less than 3.0% PAR >30 days, per the end-of-month portfolio report. • Follow credit-stage-specific protocols. • Conduct group visits punctually according to repayment frequency (weekly, biweekly, semi-monthly, or monthly). • Ensure clients remain with VFM by delivering high-quality service. • Immediately follow up on delinquency from day one of arrears, ensuring payment through the designated group reference at institutions appointed by the company. • Adhere to institutional fraud policies and procedures applicable to each client. • Uphold the organization’s mission, vision, values, and social impact. • Participate in emergency training programs, drills, and activities held in locations affected by adverse events, disasters, emergencies, or incidents.
