Minimum experience of 6 months **FUNCTIONS** Perform general cleaning of the kitchen area to meet established quality standards and good practices. Clean and disinfect assigned work areas, equipment, and utensils. Wash and dry tableware, pots, and all kitchen equipment used during service. Assist in washing dishes, plastic trays, pallets, cambros, and other plastic items used in the kitchen and/or warehouse for service delivery. Distribute provisions in the kitchen for food production. Keep the workplace clean and orderly and maintain up-to-date control records. Report any incidents that hinder normal job performance to the Production Supervisor. Implement and apply AST, IPERC CONTINUO, and PETS management tools. Comply with the Quality, Safety, Occupational Health, Environmental, and Sustainability Management System guidelines. Comply with the Internal Work Regulations, Occupational Safety and Health Regulations, and Internal Traffic Regulations. Carry out other responsibilities inherent to the position.
