




A Peruvian business group is seeking **1** Human Resources Assistant to support the Head of the department in Recruitment and Selection, Personnel Administration, Employee Onboarding, and proposing ideas to improve the workplace climate. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree or graduate in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or related fields. * Minimum 6 months of experience. * Certified intermediate-level Excel proficiency. * Availability to work onsite in **La Victoria – near Arriola Train Station**. **Responsibilities:** * **Recruitment and Selection Process:** Posting job vacancies through various channels, screening candidates, and conducting interviews. * **Industrial Administration Process:** Drafting and renewing employment contracts, managing employee onboarding and offboarding in the system and T-register (*training will be provided*), tracking vacation days, processing leave requests, and drafting memoranda. * **Onboarding Process:** Designing the onboarding program for new employees, conducting facility tours, and accompanying and monitoring newly hired staff. * **Internal Communication and Workplace Climate Process:** Proposing initiatives to enhance organizational communication by identifying improvement opportunities; contributing ideas to foster a positive workplace climate; supporting the organization of events and/or activities. **Employment Conditions:** * Formal employment under the MYPE payroll regime. * Fixed transportation allowance of S/. 100. * Corporate discounts. * Working hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:15 PM.
