We are a project management company seeking a professional in occupational safety and health for the position of SSOMA Supervisor. **What Are We Looking For?** A proactive and experienced leader to ensure compliance with regulations and promote a safety culture on the project. **Requirements:** * Degree holder and registered member of the College of Environmental Engineering, with no less than 2 years of experience. * Training courses in safety and current regulations. * Minimum 5 years of experience in construction and retail sectors. * Knowledge of work at heights and confined spaces, Joint Occupational Safety and Health Committee (SST), occupational health and hygiene, and SST legislation. * Knowledge and experience in developing the IPERC Matrix and safe work practices. * Intermediate MS Office skills. * Basic AutoCAD skills. * Work location: San Miguel – Lima **Responsibilities:** * Implement and maintain the SSOMA management system on site, ensuring compliance with the Internal Regulation on Occupational Safety and Health. * Supervise occupational safety and health services, as well as workers’ social welfare. * Conduct and deliver daily safety talks, inductions, trainings, and drills related to occupational safety and health (SST). * Develop and update the IPERC Matrix. * Implement and develop the safety plan, emergency plan, programs, inspections, drills, work procedures, standards, joint committees, and emergency brigades. * Manage the SST budget. * Prepare management reports and indicators. * Conduct and execute monthly meetings of the Joint Occupational Safety and Health Committee, Safety Committee, and Coordination Committee on SST matters. * Verify compliance with the worker health surveillance program. **What Do We Offer?** * The opportunity to join a growing company in the project supervision and management sector. * A dynamic and collaborative work environment where you can develop your skills and grow professionally. * Formal employment with social benefits. * The opportunity to contribute to the safety and well-being of our workers, leaving a positive legacy in the industry.
