**General Maintenance Technician** **What do we require for this position?** * Knowledge in electricity, painting, maintenance mechanics, installations, metal carpentry, Drywall, tiling, and welding. * Knowledge in apartment remodeling and melamine furniture. * 02 or more years of experience in the position. * Knowledge of INDECI regulations. **What will be your main functions and responsibilities?** * Replace lighting fixtures (fluorescent lamps and bulbs). * Repair pipe fittings, offices, and others. * Handle basic maintenance tools. * Manage electrical issues to address incidents in offices, stores, and other areas. * Perform carpentry and locksmith tasks. * Install or repair shelves, cabinets, doors, and windows. * Carry out other duties within your area of expertise. * Paint INDECI safety lines or have knowledge about inspections. **What do we offer?** * Market-competitive remuneration. * Biweekly payments. * Willingness to travel. * Career progression aimed at supporting the technical service department. * Availability to work Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, and Saturdays from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm. * Immediate availability. **We invite you to apply!** Job type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: S/.1,800.00 - S/.2,100.00 per month Work location: On-site job
