Consorcio JM SAC, a prominent and solid company in the diamond drilling services market, is seeking top human talent to fill the Project Administrator position for Juliaca. · REQUIREMENTS: -Bachelor’s degree in Administration and/or Industrial Engineering, or related fields. -Minimum 2 years of experience in the mining sector. -Knowledge of Tax Legislation, Labor Legislation, and SSOMA (Occupational Safety, Health, and Environment). -Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office. -Availability to work under atypical employment arrangements in Juliaca. · RESPONSIBILITIES: -Implement and enforce safety plans and Quality Management System, aligned with safety, occupational health, and environmental programs. -Support the Resident Engineer in processing Work Permits (WP), High-Risk Work Permits (HRWP), and Safe Job Analysis (SJA). -Record or collect deviation logs from drill holes, process INDEX data (partial and total), deliver it to the Resident Engineer, and store it in the cloud upon authorization by the Resident Engineer. -Prepare deviation reports for drill holes, including validation and interpretation. -Organize core photographs from various drill holes and process lithological structure. -Support monitoring of executed budgets for Operations and Occupational Safety and Health (OSH). -Issue and submit to the Resident Engineer reports on light and heavy mobile equipment and vehicles used. -Support planning and control of Operations and Maintenance. -Monitor bit consumption and prepare daily reports, which must be submitted to the Resident Engineer. -Support the Resident Engineer in preparing non-conformance reports arising from Operations (by client or internally) and Maintenance. -Conduct observations or issue non-conformance reports for Operations and Maintenance. -Promote and comply with Safety Management Systems: safe work guidelines, hazard protocol standards, and life-saving behaviors. -Collect data for developing operational indicators, man-hours, and maintenance metrics, and consolidate such data. -Assist in daily processing of the SMCV Operational Status Report and Daily Drilling Report, both requiring validation by the Resident Engineer or Department Head. -Assist in tracking operational components and accessories for maintenance purposes. -Support tracking of PQ, HQ, and NQ pipe quantity and quality per rig and warehouse stock. -Monitor daily diamond drilling service reports to ensure timely delivery to internal and external clients. -Support control of documentary procedures related to the service and drive them to completion. -Assist in daily processing of the SMCV Operational Status Report and Daily Drilling Report, both requiring validation by the Resident Engineer or Department Head. -Assist in tracking operational components and accessories for maintenance purposes. -Support tracking of PQ, HQ, and NQ pipe quantity and quality per rig and warehouse stock.
