Collaboration in digitalization and process optimization initiatives. **Position Objective:** Provide operational and administrative support to the Human Resources department, contributing to the efficient execution of talent management processes, ensuring compliance with internal policies, and strengthening the employee experience in alignment with Valmer Systems’ culture and values. **Main Responsibilities:** * Support in recruitment and selection processes (CV screening, interview coordination, candidate follow-up). * Administrative personnel management support (personnel files, contracts, onboarding and offboarding). * Participation in induction and onboarding processes. * Support in workplace climate, culture, and wellness initiatives. * Updating HR databases and systems. * Support in internal communications and departmental improvement projects. * Collaboration in digitalization and process optimization initiatives. **What Are We Looking For?** * Graduate in **Business Administration, Human Resources, Industrial Engineering, or related fields**. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (intermediate level). * Proactive, organized attitude with strong willingness to learn. * Strong communication and teamwork skills. * High degree of confidentiality and professional ethics.
