**At Merce Consulting, we are seeking a Senior Accounting Analyst** for an agricultural company dedicated to rice production, based in Tarapoto. **Mission:** Ensure the reliability of financial, accounting, and tax information by preparing and analyzing agricultural budgets, managing costs, payroll and filings, and providing strategic administrative support to management for decision-making. **Job responsibilities:** * Prepare salary and social benefit payrolls (CTS, bonuses, profit-sharing, vacations) and file declarations in T-Registration and PLAME. * Calculate and analyze operational, field, and per-crop costs (per hectare, labor, machinery, inputs). * Plan, analyze, and monitor agricultural budgets per campaign (planting, harvesting, maintenance). * Consolidate and control daily field reports (personnel, machinery, inputs). * Record accounting transactions and prepare monthly filings with SUNAT (VAT, income tax, withholdings, deductions). * Issue and record electronic invoices: invoices, receipts, delivery guides, credit and debit notes. * Manage customer information, perform reconciliations, and assist in payment follow-up. * Administer petty cash, coordinate purchases, and maintain updated fixed asset control records. * Provide administrative support to management and propose improvements in internal processes. **Requirements:** * Degree in Accounting (mandatory). * Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in agricultural, agribusiness, or production companies (experience in rice production is desirable). * Knowledge of agricultural budgeting, cost management, payroll administration, and taxation. * Intermediate-to-advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems. * Organized, analytical person with sound judgment for decision-making, proactive, and detail-oriented. * Availability to work on-site at the administrative office at the facility (Tarapoto). **We offer:**× On-payroll employment under the General Regime.× Full statutory benefits (CTS, bonuses, vacations, ESSALUD,× profit-sharing).× Covered meals and accommodation.× Training and growth opportunities. **Apply by sending your CV** to: **larizaga@merceconsulting.com** Subject: *Senior Accounting Analyst – Tarapoto* \- Message me on WhatsApp: **994727764** Join a great team and grow with us!
