Nuovo Profil Group, on behalf of our client, a real estate development company in Tarapoto, leader in the sector and committed to sustainable development in the Peruvian Amazon, dedicated to the management and operation of the Resort “Yanashpa”, is seeking top talent for the position of: MAINTENANCE MANAGER – RESORT “YANASHPA” (TARAPOTO) **BENEFITS** \- Meals and accommodation provided within the hotel. \- Natural environment, collaborative team, and opportunities for professional growth. \- Employment under MYPE payroll with all statutory benefits. \- Competitive market-aligned salary. \- Rotating schedules with two days off per week. **RESPONSIBILITIES** \- Plan, lead, and supervise the maintenance team. \- Lead operational tasks (woodwork, plumbing, metalwork, masonry) and administrative duties related to monthly and annual maintenance plans. \- Ensure order, cleanliness, and optimal conditions across all resort areas. \- Develop the annual maintenance plan and budget, and manage inventory control. \- Supervise internal work and external contractor activities. \- Implement and ensure compliance with preventive maintenance schedules. \- Schedule and supervise repairs and maintenance of infrastructure, pool pumps, and motors. **REQUIREMENTS** \- Minimum two years of experience leading maintenance departments in hotels, resorts, or similar facilities. \- Technical or university degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields. \- Knowledge in: \- Basic AutoCAD, blueprint reading and interpretation. \- HVAC systems (VRF, chillers, splits), water heaters, and water softeners. \- Plumbing, carpentry, electrical work, painting, and finishing. \- Leadership, planning, and organizational skills. \- Experience in budget and inventory control. \- Strong focus on safety, quality, and internal service. \- Effective communication and ability to work under pressure. **Interested in this opportunity?** Send your updated CV and apply now!
