Production Supervisor

Job Summary: We are seeking an Industrial Processes Technician to coordinate, supervise, and control production operations, ensuring adherence to the production schedule and proper handling of records. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordination and supervision of industrial production processes 2. Management of raw materials and control of operations 3. Maintenance of order and cleanliness in production areas Academic Qualifications * Technical degree in Industrial Processes, Food Technology, Industrial Production, or related fields. Technical Knowledge: * Industrial Production Processes * Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) * Process and Operations Control * Handling of Production Records * Intermediate Excel Main Responsibilities: * Request and record daily requirements of raw materials, intermediate products, packaging, and containers to execute the production schedule. * Accurately record the transfer of finished production to the Finished Goods Warehouse Manager. * Coordinate with the warehouse department regarding required stock levels of raw materials, intermediate products, packaging, and containers to meet production needs. * Coordinate the quantity of envelopes to be labeled and printed to fulfill the production schedule. * Supervise operational staff to ensure compliance with the production schedule. * Report equipment and machinery failures or malfunctions to the Maintenance Department and follow up until resolution. * Ensure accurate completion of production forms. * Monitor production timelines. * Responsible for maintaining order and cleanliness in production areas. * Report daily production progress to the immediate supervisor.
