Position Summary: Calcem is seeking an Intern (Professional Practitioner - Integrated Management Systems) to support the implementation of management systems. Key Highlights: 1. DESCRIPTION Calcem aims to build and operate an industrial plant for the production and commercialization of quicklime and calcium carbonate. Calcem is currently seeking recently graduated professionals. We are looking for an Intern (Professional Practitioner \- Integrated Management Systems) to support the implementation processes of integrated management systems. REQUIREMENTS **Position Requirements:** * **Academic Background**: Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety, Mining Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related fields. * **Experience**: Prior experience in pre\-professional internships in technical areas, OHS, or IMS. * **Residence in (La Unión or Tarma), Tarma, Junín** (Mandatory) * **Availability to work Monday through Friday** (5x2\) **Main Responsibilities:** Support the execution of assigned tasks within the department. * Support the execution of assigned tasks within the department, following instructions from supervisors and internal guidelines. * Prepare reports, presentations, and databases to support team activities. * Record and track documents, files, and correspondence related to the department. * Participate in meetings, training sessions, and other professional development activities to enhance professional growth. * Collaborate on specific departmental projects, providing technical, operational, or logistical support as required. * Contribute to a collaborative team environment by maintaining a proactive, respectful, and learning\-oriented attitude.
