Job Summary:
A Construction Resident with experience in university infrastructure is required to lead technical teams and coordinate with the Technical Office during construction project execution.

Project: University Construction – Chanchamayo
A CONSTRUCTION RESIDENT is required for the execution of a university infrastructure project in the province of Chanchamayo.
* Professional Profile
Licensed Civil Engineer.
Registered and licensed (valid CIP registration).
No legal impediments to contracting with the State.
General Experience
Minimum 8 years of professional experience, counted from date of registration.
* Specific Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience as Construction Resident and/or Supervisor and/or Inspector on similar projects.
Must have served as Construction Resident in at least:
01 or 02 educational and/or university infrastructure projects, and/or
Large-scale institutional buildings (universities, institutes, schools, hospitals, public administrative buildings).
Similar projects include:
Construction and/or improvement and/or expansion of educational or institutional buildings.
Projects involving reinforced concrete structures with complete sanitary and electrical installations.
* Key Technical Competencies
Preparation of monthly progress valuations.
Schedule control (MS Project or Primavera).
Quantity surveying and change order management.
Experience in dealing with supervision and the contracting entity.
Knowledge of the State Procurement Law and its Regulations.
Construction site safety and health management.
* Conditions
Full-time availability in Chanchamayo.
Permanent on-site presence.
Technical team leadership and coordination with the Technical Office.
