**AQP Laundry & Multiservices** is looking for an **Administrative Assistant** to join our team at the plant. **Working hours:** Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Saturdays from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. **Work location:** Laundry Plant – Cerro Colorado, Semi Rural Pachacutec, Arequipa **Main responsibilities:** * Daily record garment intake and output in production, ensuring volume control and deadline compliance. * Coordinate with plant staff to verify orders are being processed according to the established schedule. * Manage cash box income and expenses, as well as minor payments required for daily operations. * Assist in issuing invoices, service receipts, and payroll sheets, verifying that information is accurate and complete. * Prepare monthly production reports to measure team performance. * Monitor supplies inventory (detergents, bags, labels, etc.) and coordinate restocking to prevent shortages. * Assist in billing companies and regular customers, and follow up on pending payments. * Organize physical and digital files related to production, personnel, and accounting (invoices, contracts, service orders). **Requirements:** * Graduate or bachelor's degree in administration, industrial engineering, or finance. * Good attitude, responsibility, and punctuality. **We offer:** * Timely payment. * Continuous training. * Good working environment. * Possibility of formal employment based on performance. **Apply by calling or messaging:** **992 005 970** **Email:** aqplavanderia@gmail.com Job type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,300.00 per month Work location: On-site job
