**Job Description** A leading company in the **retail and commerce sector**, operating nationwide with a growing workforce, is seeking to hire a **Payroll Specialist** to ensure accurate payroll administration and compliance with current labor obligations. We are looking for a detail-oriented, organized professional with solid experience in payroll management within high-volume companies. **Key Responsibilities:** * Execute the **full payroll processing cycle** (weekly, biweekly, or monthly) for administrative and operational staff. * Verify and record incidents: overtime hours, tardiness, leaves of absence, vacations, absences, commissions, incentives, among others. * Manage employee onboarding, offboarding, and modifications within the payroll system. * Calculate and validate social benefits: CTS (Compensación por Tiempo de Servicios), bonuses, vacations, and severance payments. * Prepare and submit labor declarations: PLAME, T-Registration, AFPNet, and reports required by external entities. * Address employee inquiries regarding pay slips, deductions, benefits, and applicable regulations. * Coordinate with HR, Finance, and Operations departments to ensure accurate and timely information. * Maintain up-to-date personnel files and documentation in accordance with audit standards. * Ensure compliance with current Peruvian labor legislation and internal policies. **Requirements:** * Technical or university degree in **Accounting, Administration, Human Resources**, or related fields. * **2 to 4 years of experience** in payroll processing, preferably in retail or large-scale organizations. * Proficiency in payroll systems (e.g., Ofisis, SAP, Nisira, Infocorp, or similar). * Up-to-date knowledge of Peruvian labor legislation. * Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data validation). * High level of accuracy, organization, and handling of confidential information.
