**Full job description** Our company, IMW DEL PERÚ S.A.C., is looking for 01 outstanding professional for the position of: **JUNIOR RISK PREVENTION SPECIALIST.** The professional will be responsible for ensuring compliance with the OHSMS in the field, managing operational documentation, and supervising the proper execution of daily activities. **Job Requirements:** **Education:** Final-cycle student in Occupational Safety and Risk Prevention, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. Minimum experience: 6 to 12 months of experience in risk prevention within maintenance, metal-mechanical industries, or related areas. Minimum 120-hour occupational health and safety course. Certification in supervision of work involving hazardous energy, electrical risks, LOTO, working at heights, hot work, and handling of chemical products. Knowledge of Law 29783, its regulations, and current OHS standards. Preparation and updating of IPERC, ATS, PETS, and work permits. Conducting site inspections, controlling PPE usage, and ability to identify unsafe acts and conditions. Ability to investigate incidents and propose corrective actions. Immediate availability for on-site field work. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** Conduct daily safety inspections in the field. Deliver safety inductions, safety talks, and short training sessions. Supervise proper use of PPE and compliance with internal safety rules. Manage safety documentation: IPERC, ATS, PETS, and work permits. Identify risks and coordinate preventive measures with field personnel. Handle incident management, record findings, and prepare daily reports. Maintain operational discipline in safety matters.
