




Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Social Work. Specialization in HR (desirable). Responsibilities: * Handle procedures and management related to ESSALUD, subsidies, reimbursements, SCTR, medical services, work accidents, AFP, and EPS. * Process medical leave exchanges through CITT. * Coordinate annual, monthly, and other company-sponsored employee events. * Report to the Payroll Officer regarding workers eligible for school allowance bonuses. * Manage internal communication on social welfare topics, such as distributing flyers, commemorative dates, and more. * Manage internal communication on social welfare topics, such as distributing flyers, commemorative dates, and more. * Perform other duties assigned by your immediate supervisor.
