Job Summary: We are seeking a Production Engineering Assistant to supervise and manage construction activities on public and private projects under the Tax-for-Works (OxI) modality. Opportunities for training and professional development **WE ARE Grupo HERGON S.A.**, a Spanish company with a solid track record in the construction sector, specializing in the execution of public and private projects under the **Tax-for-Works (OxI)** modality; we are currently seeking a: **Production Engineering Assistant** for a project in **AREQUIPA**. **Requirements** * Civil Engineer, **licensed and registered**. * Minimum **2 years** of experience in production roles on construction projects. * Experience in: * Building works (schools, hospitals, or public infrastructure) *(desirable)* * **Technical office and field operations** *(mandatory)* * Immediate availability to work on-site. * **Residence in AREQUIPA (mandatory).** **Main Responsibilities** * Plan, schedule, and supervise on-site production activities. * Monitor physical progress of the project, ensuring adherence to schedules. * Coordinate with technical office, quality, and logistics departments. * Efficiently manage resources (labor, materials, and equipment). * Supervise proper execution of work items according to drawings and technical specifications. * Prepare progress reports and support valuation processes. **Working Hours** * Monday to Friday: 7:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. * Saturday: 7:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. * Project location: IE FRANKLIN ROOSEVELT // TIABAYA \- AREQUIPA **What We Offer** * Competitive market-aligned remuneration. * Formal employment registration with all statutory benefits. * Participation in nationally high-impact projects. * Excellent work environment and organizational culture. * Opportunities for training and professional development.
