Job Summary: We are seeking a BIM Modeler to optimize construction processes using technology for civil works and fit-out projects. Key Highlights: 1. BIM modeling for construction projects and technical documentation 2. Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, Cost It, and Autodesk Construction Cloud 3. Experience in architectural, structural, and MEP modeling OBRAS HERGON S.A., a prominent company with extensive experience in civil works, fit-out, and equipment installation, is currently seeking 01 BIM MODELER for the \***execution of a project.**\* Education: Bachelor's degree or professional title in Architecture or Engineering, with certified training in Autodesk Revit. Key Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience in BIM modeling for construction projects and/or development of technical documentation. Experience in modeling across the following disciplines: * Architecture * Structures * MEP * Preparation of As-Built drawings. * Quantity take-offs based on cost items. * Proper BIM element parametrization for information management and control. * Required software proficiency * Autodesk Revit * Navisworks * Cost It * Autodesk Construction Cloud If you enjoy optimizing construction processes with technology, we want you on our team!
