Position Summary: Supervise and implement the SSOMA management system, promoting a risk prevention culture and continuous improvement. Key Highlights: 1. Requires knowledge of regulations and safety management systems. **Position Objective** Supervise, implement, and ensure compliance with the Safety, Occupational Health, and Environmental Management System (SSOMA), promoting a risk prevention culture, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement within the organization. **Requirements** * Professional in Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Occupational Safety and Health, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience in the position. * Knowledge of current Occupational Safety and Health regulations. * Proficiency in management tools and Microsoft Office (advanced level). * Knowledge of management systems (ISO 45001, ISO 14001\). **Competencies** * Leadership and supervisory capability * Effective communication * Results orientation * Proactivity * Strong sense of responsibility Salary: Starting from S/.5,000\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
