A mining contracting company specializing in electrical maintenance services is seeking an Electrical Technician with expertise in Occupational Safety and Health. REQUIREMENTS - Graduated and licensed professional in one of the following fields: Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or Mechatronics Engineering. - Minimum of three (3) years of verifiable experience in the industry. - Occupational Safety and Health training course of at least 120 hours. - Residence in Arequipa. - Availability to travel to various mining units (e.g., Antapaccay, Cuajone, Toquepala, Bambas, among others). RESPONSIBILITIES - Submit management documentation to the Mining Safety Manager for proper follow-up (weekly deliverables). * Develop and participate in implementing the monthly program of pre-shift safety talks, ensuring their timely delivery to responsible departments (Operations, Maintenance). * Conduct inspections of work areas where electrical and instrumentation maintenance activities are carried out. * Verify operational status of emergency equipment and unit accessories through scheduled and unscheduled inspections. * Ensure personnel comply with client standards regarding training and qualification requirements. * Verify the update status and validity of implemented service management documents (e.g., master document list, IPERC, process map, PETs, risk map, plans, etc.), and ensure their dissemination and distribution across work areas. * Monitor compliance with the Annual Occupational Hygiene Plan, ensuring reports and recommendations are disseminated. * Verify and ensure compliance with the Environmental Management Plan. * Assist and coordinate response to personnel during emergencies.
