Main responsibilities: * Manage project assignments with clients, ensuring resources and controlling each stage of the process. * Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to guarantee timely delivery and proper distribution of workload. * Administer budgets, logistics, and resources, optimizing costs and benefits. * Supervise construction processes, ensuring compliance with timelines, quality standards, and timely problem resolution. * Provide technical support before, during, and after project execution. * Lead decision-making and propose solutions in response to contingencies. * Comply with occupational health and safety regulations, promoting a safe working environment. * Support additional tasks assigned by management to contribute to achieving objectives. Required profile: * Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electronics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Specialization in Telecommunications or Project Management (desirable). * Minimum of **1 to 3 years** of experience in similar roles. Solid knowledge in: * Fiber optic technologies. * Network architectures, FTTH equipment, and tools. * Design and drafting of plans using AutoCAD. * Occupational Health and Safety regulations. * Project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, advanced Excel – desirable).
