Job Summary:
We are seeking an SSOMA Supervisor for an industrial and mining machinery company, responsible for coordination, supervision, and training in occupational safety and health.

Our client, a leading company engaged in the sale and installation of machinery for the industrial and mining sectors, has entrusted us with identifying the most qualified professional to fill the position of SSOMA SUPERVISOR.
Requirements:
\- Degree-holding and licensed professional (mandatory) in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related fields.
\- Completion of specialized training or studies in occupational safety and health, with a minimum duration of 500 hours.
\- Proven work experience: At least 4 years of experience in mining activities, safety and hygiene regulations, environmental standards, civil protection programs, public administration, ergonomics, hygiene, occupational health development, operating licenses, and preparation of legal requirements matrices.
\- Willingness to travel to mines in the Southern region and to projects nationwide.
\- Availability to work on-site from Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities:
\- Coordination of contractor safety personnel at construction sites and generation of performance indicators as required by the client.
\- Supervision of work-at-height, hot work, lifting operations, energized work, and other applicable high-risk activities.
\- Prevention follow-ups across various projects.
\- Coordination of critical lifting, assembly, and unloading operations for equipment, materials, and accessories using mobile cranes, in collaboration with service providers.
5\. Coordination of general personnel.
6\. Training of personnel for execution of high-risk work, with registration before SUNAFIL.
\- Creation and monitoring of SSOMA documentation (Occupational Safety and Health Plan, Annual Program).
\- Monitoring of accidents, incidents, and improvement plans; risk assessment.
\- Classification of PPE according to local regulations and/or client requirements.
\- Risk analysis per job position and activity.
\- Creation of project folders, management of work permits, tool inspections, fire extinguisher inspections, and occupational safety and health statistics.
\- Compliance with occupational safety laws and other applicable regulations governing this role.
