What are we looking for? Professional degree in Commercial Engineering, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or related fields. Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions; experience in the real estate sector is desirable. Availability to work onsite in Arequipa. Knowledge of Customer Service, Negotiation Techniques, Disbursements, and Banking Procedures. Individuals with skills in planning, organization, and customer orientation. What will you do in this role? Prepare and submit sales reports and other reports to the Commercial Manager. Verify lead follow-up. Review, verify, and track responses from Customer Service Centers (SAC). Maintain updated sales dossiers for each project. Upload project blueprints to Sperant.
