Job Summary: B&B Murillo S.A.C. is seeking a Technical Office Engineer to supervise and manage field engineering, quantity surveying, valuations, and document control for a new mining project. Comprehensive management of electromechanical projects B&B Murillo S.A.C. is currently seeking 1 Technical Office Engineer to join our team on our new project: Requirements: - Registered and licensed Mechanical Engineer or related discipline (Mandatory) - 4 years of experience in electromechanical projects - Project management experience and knowledge of processes including: Field Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Valuations, review and preparation of calculation reports - Residence in Arequipa City — Mandatory - Immediate availability Responsibilities: - Supervise implementation of controls established in procedures, directives, instructions, and project standards - Supervise compliance with the Integrated Management System (Quality, Safety, Construction) guidelines within area activities - Periodically monitor and track departmental objectives and targets - Develop action plans to address deviations between the production schedule (plan) and actual progress - Consolidate project production information for budget preparation, covering human resources, equipment, and materials required according to the work plan - Prepare valuations, progress reports, quantity surveys, and technical drawing coordination - Review and coordinate drawings; evaluate detailed engineering (mechanical, structural, piping drawings, etc.) to identify interferences, design errors, or information gaps before they impact construction - RFI management: prepare, submit, and track inquiries directed to supervision or the client when design discrepancies arise - Document control: manage and maintain the latest approved versions of drawings, technical specifications, and construction procedures, ensuring field personnel use current information - Review and prepare calculation reports in accordance with national and international standards We Offer: - Formal employment under current labor regulations - Participation in a large-scale mining project - Excellent working environment. -Requirements- Minimum Education: University degree 3 years of experience Languages: Spanish Age: between 25 and 50 years Skills: AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project Keywords: engineers, ingeniera, ing, engineer, office, oficina, project, miner, mineria, minero
