Analytical skills focused on detail-oriented tasks and fixed asset control. **Accounting Assistant – Accounts Payable** A real estate company is searching for top talent to fill the position of “Accounting Assistant”; details below: REQUIREMENTS: · Graduated professionals holding a professional degree in Accounting. · 2 years of experience performing duties as an Accounting Assistant. · Diploma in International Financial Reporting Standards or Taxation (Desirable). · Solid knowledge of SUNAT regulations regarding deductions and withholdings. · Proficiency in the CONCAR system. · Intermediate-level Office skills. · Strong analytical skills with attention to detail. RESPONSIBILITIES: · Receipt, review, recording of accounts payable documents, and analysis of related accounting accounts. · Expense and travel allowance accruals. · Preparation of cost sheets. · Accrual of expenses according to the corresponding period. · Fixed asset control. · Execution of other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor, consistent with the nature of the position.
