If you are creative, passionate about the digital world, and love fashion; we are looking for you! **Main Responsibilities:** Implement digital marketing strategies (Fanpages, websites, ecommerce). * Create social media content aligned with the brand's communication tone. * Develop content calendars. * Identify and coordinate with influencers. * Prepare social media KPI reports. * Contribute creative ideas for marketing campaigns. * Execute digital advertising guidelines. **Requirements:** * Recent graduates in Marketing, Advertising, Communication Sciences, or technical studies in Graphic, Advertising and Digital Design. * Knowledge of Digital Marketing, social media, and Facebook Ads Manager. * Minimum 6 months of experience as a Community Manager. * Experience in the fashion industry is desirable, along with good sense of design aesthetics and fashion composition. * Proficiency in Adobe software (Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe Premiere, After Effects). * CapCut and similar tools are a plus. * Content Marketing specialization is desirable. * Intermediate level in Excel. * Knowledge of social media algorithms and virality (Reels and TikTok). * Strong writing and spelling skills. * Availability to work 100% on-site. **Competencies:** * Customer orientation * Assertive communication * Initiative * Results-driven * Creativity **Working Conditions:** * Working hours: Monday to Friday (7:00 am to 5:00 pm) * Work location: Surco (Av.
