Currently, we are looking for a: **HUMAN TALENT ANALYST** *Responsibilities* * Be responsible for the recruitment, selection, and hiring process for required positions within the organization. * Request, digitize, manage, and update enabling documentation for Inlog's hired personnel. * Conduct onboarding sessions for new Inlog staff, as well as organizational culture sessions for all employees. * Manage the provision of uniforms, photo IDs, and personal protective equipment (PPE) for Inlog staff. * Schedule and organize company activities such as birthdays, anniversaries, holidays, corporate events, among others. * Maintain and update Inlog's Organization and Functions Manual. * Efficiently manage People Management Processes (Organizational Development, Well-being, and Compensation), providing cross-functional advisory support across the entire organization to facilitate employee integration into the institution in alignment with established guidelines and culture. *Requirements* * Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration. * Diploma in Personnel Management, Human Resources, or related field. * Three (3\) years of experience in this or similar positions. *What do we offer?* * Formal employment with full benefits. * Constant training opportunities. * Food card.
