This is your opportunity to make an impact and rise above the possible. **Job posting end date:** 07/23/2026 **Location:** Mining Unit \- Moquegua **Job Objective:** To be responsible for the administration of the assigned warehouse, tracking materials under the assigned contract, and providing timely support in addressing the needs of our customers with Metso parts contracts — including identifying spare parts required for various maintenance plans carried out at the concentrator plant — ensuring compliance with Quality, Safety, Occupational Health, and Environmental Management System guidelines. **Key Responsibilities:** Organize the receipt, storage, handling, and packaging of spare parts. Participate in material inventory activities and maintain updated inventory balances in the system. Track dispatch, performance, and wear of installed materials. Maintain sequential and orderly records of material issue vouchers and others to ensure timely replenishment of spare parts. Prepare management indicator reports to support decision-making regarding spare parts. Conduct timely follow-up on warehouse dispatches to prevent stockouts. Proactively alert the need for contract materials due to specific or atypical conditions (e.g., plant shutdown, maintenance). Report material turnover to customers, promoting timely consumption of consigned inventory. Support identification and planning of consignment spare parts requirements. Ensure inventory is always aligned with on-site equipment maintenance plans by analyzing the corresponding Reorder Point. Coordinate with customers for collection of spare parts. Coordinate with the customer’s warehouse supervisor to fulfill requirements. Achieve KPIs assigned by internal management. Other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor as appropriate to the position. **Requirements for Success:** Technical degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Maintenance Mechanics, or related fields. Minimum 3 years of work experience in material warehouse administration, preferably within the mining sector. Desirable: 1 year of work experience in equipment repair and maintenance or similar roles. Basic level of Technical English proficiency. Driver’s License A1 with minimum two years of validity (Mandatory) Experience operating forklifts (15 tons) and electric stackers. Intermediate-level proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, SharePoint).
