Professional development within an accounting, financial, and tax consulting environment. **LADERSAM CONSULTORES SAC**, a leader in Consulting, Accounting, Financial, and Tax services, is currently seeking a professional to join its team. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor's degree in Accounting * Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Accounting Assistant and 1 year as an Accounting Analyst * At least 4 years of experience working in the accounting department * Experience in service, commercial, and import companies using ERP systems * Preferred: experience in tax settlement and preparation of notes for financial statements * Advanced Microsoft Office skills * On-site work **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Analysis of asset, liability, and equity accounts * Bank reconciliations * Expense recording * General journal entry recording * Review and cleansing of supplier and customer data * Other duties inherent to the position **COMPETENCIES:** Leadership, Planning, Organization, and Follow-up Ability to work under pressure, manage stress, and adapt to change Judgment and problem-solving skills Effective communication, commitment, and teamwork **BENEFITS:** Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM (including a one-hour lunch break from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM) Statutory benefits under the general regime Career path development and continuous training Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.2,000.00 - S/.2,500.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
