Position Summary: Supervise and coordinate the operation of production plants to ensure quality, food safety, and compliance with production programs. Key Highlights: 1. Analyze performance indicators and manage inventories. **Date:** 14 Jul 2026 **Location:** PALMAWASI, Peru **Company:** Alicorp S.A.A. **What will be your challenge?** Supervise, control, and coordinate the proper operation of production plants to ensure compliance with quality, food safety, and production program requirements for products.**What will you do in your role?** * Supervise productive processes at raw material, refined, finished product, and industrial services plants. * Supervise compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and food safety across various plants. * Coordinate compliance with safety standards across various plants. * Monitor the production plan using SAP. * Coordinate with the Quality Department regarding analyses conducted across different plant areas and interpret laboratory results. * Report daily operations to management and leadership. * Coordinate corrective maintenance of equipment and machinery. * Analyze management indicators. * Monitor inventories of raw materials, work-in-process, and supplies. * Supervise and control attendance of personnel under supervision. * Prepare GoldenBelt documents for the plants’ Integrated Management System (IMS) and Environmental Management System (EMS). * Report any deviations from documentation that may jeopardize food safety and security to the Food Safety Leader and/or EMS Coordinator. **What do we need from you?** * 2 years of experience in similar positions within production plant environments. * Experience and knowledge in wastewater treatment, water treatment, boilers, biogas generation, anaerobic lagoons, and/or sewage treatment. * Degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Biology, Microbiology, or related fields. * Knowledge of coagulant and flocculant dosing, boiler/turbine operational variables, biogas/electricity generation ratio. * Additional training: GMP, ISO standards. * TPM knowledge (Desirable/Non-exclusive). * Problem-solving methodology knowledge (ACR \+ 5S WHY-WHY). * Languages: English – Intermediate (Desirable/Non-exclusive). * Proficiency in Microsoft Office – Intermediate level. * Intermediate-level Power BI knowledge (Desirable/Non-exclusive). * Willingness to work at the Palmawasi site. * Availability to work Monday through Saturday.
