Job Summary: We are seeking a Multi-Vehicle Driver to ensure safe personnel transportation for mining operations, applying safety protocols and vehicle maintenance procedures. Key Highlights: 1. Developing experience in mining operations and transportation. **MULTI-VEHICLE DRIVER (VAN – MINIBUS)** **REQUIREMENTS:** · Minimum certified driving experience of 2 years. · Clean driving record (zero violations). · Valid minimum driver’s license Class A\-IIb. · Physical fitness and willingness to work at altitudes above 4,000 meters above sea level (masl). · Knowledge of and compliance with road safety regulations and mining safety protocols. · Willingness to work under the mining work regime. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** · Drive vans and/or minibuses for safe personnel transportation within and outside the mining operation. · Strictly comply with traffic laws, road safety regulations, and internal protocols of the mining unit. · Conduct pre-operational vehicle inspections before each shift. · Verify proper functioning of safety systems, lights, tires, fluid levels, and accessories. · Transport personnel according to established routes and schedules. · Maintain the vehicle clean, orderly, and in optimal operating condition. · Promptly report mechanical failures, incidents, accidents, or unsafe conditions. · Record and monitor mileage, fuel consumption, maintenance, and other related vehicle documentation. · Apply defensive driving and safe handling protocols under mining operational conditions. · Observe speed limits and controls established within the mining operation. · Participate in training sessions, safety talks, and activities related to risk prevention. **BENEFITS:** · Formal employment registration from the first day of work. · Access to all statutory labor benefits. · Market-competitive salary, commensurate with candidate’s experience and profile. · Opportunity to join a team in the mining sector. · Development of experience in operations and transportation within a mining unit. · Training and activities related to safety and risk prevention. **LOCATION:** Huancavelica **FULL-TIME POSITION** **WORK REGIME:** 14 days on / 7 days off Salary: S/.1,800\.00 \- S/.2,050\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
