




Position Summary: Grupo Sanny is seeking a Technical Office Engineer to assist in the technical, administrative, and economic supervision of construction projects, managing documentation and coordination. Key Responsibilities: 1. Assistance in technical, administrative, and economic supervision of construction projects. 2. Comprehensive management of project files, scheduling, quantity take-offs, and valuations. 3. Coordination with the client and supervisory entity to ensure successful project closures. **Grupo Sanny**, a leading company in the construction sector in central Peru, is currently seeking a **Technical Office Engineer**. **Requirements** * Degree holder in Civil Engineering. * Minimum 6 months of specific experience in Pavement and Sidewalk Construction Projects. * Minimum 12 months of general professional experience. **Knowledge** * Public procurement system and state contracting procedures. * Preparation of contract modifications (additions, deductions, increased quantity take-offs). * Proficiency in AutoCAD, S10, MS Project, and Delphin Express. * Assists the Resident Engineer and Production Engineer in the **technical, administrative, and economic supervision** of the project. * Reviews the technical file, **scheduling and progress monitoring, quantity take-offs, budgeting and valuations**, management of **additions/deductions**, tracking of **physical\-financial progress**, preparation and custody of **technical and contractual documentation**, coordination with the client and supervisory entity, and **project closure without observations** (final drawings, settlement, and acceptance).
